My name is Ariel, and I have a growing heart and passion for seeing lives changed physically and spiritually. Growing up, I have always been introduced to many intramural sports. As a Canadian now living in Honolulu, Hawaii. I have the privilege of living in paradise and doing what I love to do.

I have experienced the saving grace of God numerous times and I want to give back to the community that took part in helping me get back on my feet and to help the next generation by making FlexNFaith Fitness a ministry in the marketplace.
